Is Sisterhood a thing of the past?
Judgements and criticism
Are the reasons I ask
Maybe it is due to stigmatism
Why not encourage and support
Things that can only uplift and empower
Let's form a coalition and abort
Foul behaviors of those who cower
At the thought of us celebrating each other
Knowing that love conquers all
Lifting sister’s up one after another
Silently they are hoping that we will brawl
Congratulate your sister, do not frown
Judge not your sister, hold your horses
Let us not divide with in-fighting, settle down
Already are we deemed unfit by outside sources
Incapable of being amicable to our kin
Women, sisters, confidant and friend
I ask again, is sisterhood a thing of the past?
Something so vital cannot come to an end

Thank you! I really appreciate it.
Thank you so much! I am happy to know that it has helped you and I am hopeful it has helped others as well!

It’s great you are empowering sisters aka women to be strong
and to shine as one great work
Thank you, Louis! We have so much to gain by sticking together.

How very true that we should help, encourage and support each other
Yes, I feel strongly that we should support each other. Why not? It can only create a more positive world. IMHO.
As always, thank you, Sadje!
Yes, in my culture there’s a saying that women are their own worst enemies. Meaning that they harm each other more than men do. And it’s true in many cases.
That is interesting and I can see your point about women being their own worst enemies. A sad truth.
It is sad, and if we realize that we should show unity, things would improve a lot
