June is Men’s Health Awareness Month

Take a moment to think about where you are in your health journey.
Medical- Has it been over a year since your check up? Need to schedule a physical? Take time out to schedule that appointment.
Remind men in your family and your friends to get a check up as well.
Diet- this is a good time to think about the foods you eat. Are there things that you can remove from your diet and substitute for a healthier choice?
Exercise- are you getting enough? Small steps can be the start of making better choices for longevity and a better quality of life.
Mental Health- Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? If so, try to remove those stressful things or delegate those overwhelming tasks.
Don’t forget to do something that you like and makes you smile.
