And using it for
New purpose in life's journey
Shapes the way
Forward and forges
Opportunities for growth
Rebirth of the mind and soul
Makes room for the body to
Adhere to its natural order
To fall in line with the trio
In which all alignment
Originates and keeps everything
Nice and smooth
