Flip flops on the beach
Sandy pebbles in my shoe, ouch
Bringing home the sunny beach too
Unzip my bag, it's in my pouch

Laughter cradles when sadness weighs 
A good belly roll brings oxygen to the brain 
endorphins stick around for days
